that garrido dude was holding a RELIGIOUS meeting at UCBerkley campus just before he was arrested.

so people convicted of rape and abduction (his prior convictions) can hold meetings on campuses? is it because it is a public school, so they can't stop him? that's still a steaming pile of BS.
