I haven't been to the one in Morrisville, but I went to the last one outside of Greensboro a couple months ago. It really depends on what they're selling. The one I went to had "refurbished" (really just new items that were returned) for 70% off. Needless to say, a lot of people turned out.

I got there an hour early and was about 60th in line. Normally that wouldn't be bad, but the first twenty or so people basically just clogged up the line when we got to the pickup area and took DOZENS of systems apiece. I had to fight my way to the front and (slightly) compromise on the system I wanted because they were almost all gone.

So yeah, like I said, it depends on what they're selling. The wording makes it sound like the deals aren't so hot ("lower end models for under $300"). For reference, I got a pretty damn high-end new W500 for $450. So it sounds to me like some pretty ordinary deals, which means light turnout and not too many resellers that'll screw you out of a system. But, you'll know when the list comes out.

Also, print out the list and have every system you're interested marked so you can tell the people when it's your turn in line.
