Yeah, I get the marko postings.

But I remembered. Less than last year, probably more than next year. But I did remember with depressing clarity. If there's a world event responsible for making me into GrumpyGOP, it's the one commemorated today (yesterday, technically, but I wasn't online).

I, ah, did not respond well to the thing. And if college has liberalized me it's mostly insofar as it made me not want as much to bomb everything indiscriminately.

Though I'd still frankly like to bomb a lot more things than we're bombing.
