the gf and I have suddenly found an "opportunity", and are moving out of our apartment in the next 2-3 weeks. it's at Regency Place, where Farm Gate Rd meets Cary Towne Blvd. nice place, little older, but not bad at all. I THINK we may be able to work out a deal where we don't have to find someone else to take over the lease, but at this point we're not sure, so we're exploring everything. it's 799/month, but if you can help us out, we'll help you out a little. and, you can move in damn soon.

I live at Regency Place too.. The place is bit older but not bad.. Good management and calm neighbors.. Recommend it! Free bttt
