I'm about 99% sure this is a stupid question, however I'd rather ask than waste money.

I need to replace a keyboard for a Latitude D600 Notebook -- I can get a keyboard from a D610 extremely cheap. From what I have seen online, the part #'s are not the same on the keyboards, however they appear to be 100% identical.

Anyone know if a keyboard from the D610 will work with a D600?

do it. i replaced my d620 keyboard and it was sooooo nice to have a fresh keyboard. i love the keyboards on that series to begin with too.
