actually the Wii just dropped to $199


but yes, the rebate is mail-in so you would have to buy it for $300.

Also ordered one from Dell, mostly because I wanted the bigger HD anyhow (only have 20GB)...had to pay NC sales tax though so it was $274.75 before rebate. Hope I can get enough for the old one to justify the upgrade.

just fyi, anyone planning to buy a new one to flash the drive should check the version of the lite-on drive. apparently version 2 is impossible to flash at the moment. i got lucky because my new one was manufactured in april

My Elite came in today and it turned out to be the Holiday Bundle...free Lego Batman and Pure. Not sure I cared about either, but free games = win.
