Saw it. Descent comedy but nothing too special. Great for just a good time at the movies. Probably more relevant to married couples though.

After Old School/Dodgeball/Wedding Crashers, Vince Vaughn was on fire so I figured he was going to keep it up w/ some good R-rated comedies. Then came The Breakup, Fred Claus, Four Christmases, & now Couples Retreat. I just don't think he gives a fuck. He's still funny as shit, but he's wasting it IMO.

Thought it was really funny. Def more of an appeal to married couples or those who have been dating for an extensive period of time.

i heard that martin lawrence begged will smith to do bad boys 2. i hope jon favreau had to beg vince vaughn to do that movie

seriously painful to watch and dragged on for 2 hours

i don't think this movie had a single unique comedic moment

"i play on expert level" - ugh i wanted to vomit, was this movie a commercial for guitar hero?

I have a feeling my review would be similar.

I mean, I can almost tell what Vince Vaughn is gonna say or do in any role he plays. Arguably, the second most predictable, stagnant actor behind Nicolas Cage.

i always look at reviews before going to a movie but for some reason i didn't check this time

and vince vaughn was not even near the worst part about this movie

he had awkward scenes of rambling especially during the shark attack scene that were incoherent and not funny but this movie had way larger problems starting with the dialogue of every character

Saw this movie last night with the gf and we enjoyed it. I wasn't really expecting anything, but i can see how it was a let down to those who were.
