I figure if NCSU athletics were to get so close as to sniff an activity that may be interpreted by some as being shady then we'd go definitely down and possibly set precedence for taking down other teams with actual violations.

NCSU fan for life. HUUUUUUUUGE persecution complex.

I know you are just trolling, but we got penalized because of lack of institutional control, not recruiting violations. At best you could hold him responsible (and they did) for allowing athletes to sell tickets/shoes for money and possibly some shady business surrounding getting dumbasses like Chris Washburn academically eligible.

He wasn't paying players in any way shape or form.
