I am about to switch to either Direct TV or Dish in the next day or so and just had one last question I am hoping you guys on here can answer.

It seems that both services offer all the channels I am looking for in HD, however I am not sure about coverage of the Carolina Hurricanes games. For any of you that have either Dish or Direct, do you have any problem finding the Hurricanes games being broadcast? I know the Center Ice package/etc will usually black out the games in our area, but it seems like FSS will have them most of the time.

The answer is clearly DirecTV with my account # referral so that we can both get 100 bucks off!

I think DirecTV will give you Center Ice at a severely discounted price because of the drama with Versus if that means anything.

DirecTV has Fox Sports Carolina which broadcasts all of the televised Canes games. Almost all are in HD.

FS Carolina won't always be shown on your guide, but trust me it pops up when there is a game on. I think it's channel 643 where I am.
