I am in fact a picky eater, but i'll try just about anything once. I do not eat pork [with the exception of bacon on burgers & pepperoni].I'm not sure if you're trolling or trying to be smart or something though. Can't ever tell what those black folk are up toI'm AstralAdvent and i approved this message.[Edited on November 2, 2009 at 12:37 PM. Reason : ]

OEP's credibility about food and the taste of it was shot when he went on and on about how tasty and wonderful the pith of oranges is. And now he's claiming that butternut squash, avocado, and raisins are uncommon?
11/2/2009 6:45:31 PM
I'm thinking Arby's
11/2/2009 6:52:11 PM

I love butternut squash, avacado and raisins (black). I would have to say your dried fruit list and your meat list are too expensive for me. Tell me some good alternative to the meats. I would do without them but qntmken would probably become a cannibal.I think the type of eating we are going to try to start doing is having a big breakfast, medium lunch, and no dinner. I have to look into that way of eating a little more but I think it sounds good so far. That is with healthy small snacking in between.
11/2/2009 7:24:22 PM
I thought almonds and cinnamon were good for you too....
11/2/2009 7:34:12 PM

11/2/2009 7:35:11 PM
^^ As are apples, oranges, and bananas, but those aren't on the list either. See the list title.
11/2/2009 7:37:14 PM

11/2/2009 8:15:06 PM

11/2/2009 8:17:06 PM

I always look for a Whole Foods when I'm on the road. I love the south, but it's tough to find good pre-prepared foods here if you don't like that fast food junk.

^ Good!White teaYellow teaGreen teaOolong teaBlack tea(The above are all real tea, from the the Camellia Sinensis plant... white is not oxidized at all, and black is the most oxidized, and others in between, but all are healthy and very high in antioxidants)Rooibos, also called as "red tea", or "red bush tea".(From another plant, grown in South Africa. Has a red liquor, and a fruity taste, as opposed to the earthy taste of tea. Doesn't have tannins, so doesn't get bitter no matter how long you steep it for. Also very healthy, and contains different antioxidants from tea.)
11/3/2009 3:25:00 PM
Rooibos is the shit. Seriously.
