For a dual screen computer in a high dust environment. Display of text only, no 3D. Runs XPpro.

Going in a dell workstation with no active cooling (the only active fans being the processor and PS).

Need:

Fanless (optional, but I figure less to break or fans are immune to the effects of dust).
2 x DVI ports
PCI-E 16x
XP drivers
1600x1200 resolution
Less than $200.

I was leaning towards Nvidia, but ATI is ok (as long as their drivers don't suck anymore).
