ok, I have an idea tell me if it may work

the signal from our router sucks and getting on the Ps3 network is a pain

how can I tether my HTC touch pro 2 to work with the PS3 and use the internet on it?

USB from HTc to PC, PC Ethernet LAN to PS3???

wouldn't it be easier to just get a new router? you can get them for under $50 these days.

Why wouldn't you add a wireless repeater to your network rather than try to jury-rig it to play games on a 150ms (at best) cellular connection?

A "range extender" is just a chinese POS TP-LINK Wireless Access point set up in "repeater mode"

there's plenty of ways to help you out without doing this nonsense, but it's friday and the fact i have to do this bs all weekend doesn't make me any more inclined to brainstorm and put it into words.

I was saying it would be laggy if he was using the phone. I tried running a 360 off of a mobile broadband card and while it did work, it was way to damn laggy to do anything.

^yeah, same page then. It doesn't make sense to use your cell phone for this application.
