someone else to suspend people [big business/tiberius] whenever they feel like it outside of their section for as long as they please [indefinitely], since trolls [mambagrl/don whateverthefuck/el nacho] & image spammers [groundbeef] pretty much have to threaten the lives of other people before any action is taken, despite repeat warnings.

^ to that point, if someone's designated to keep an eye on a specific forum, there'd be less need for other mods to decide to "cover" for him or her.
