We discussed this some in the recent ACC TV rights and the NCAA Tournament negotiations thread, but it deserves its own thread.

What networks do you actually like watching on and which ones have no business showing live sports?

I'll go on record saying that ESPN is only bearable these days. I can't think of one ESPN announcer I really like and the bottom line is annoying. Why do I need looping scores when I can get real time ones on even the crappiest phones or online?

My favorite right now is CBS for picture, announcing, and overall coverage (and Bill Raftery).

I've said it once, but I'll forgive any errors NBC makes if they buy back baseball so Bob Costas can call it again.
