I'm posting for a friend. They are looking for someone to take over their lease.
The Apartment:
Rent is $620 for a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. It has cable, washer & dryer and water/trash included in rent. The only bill is electric. It's in a nice apartment complex located on Lake Lynn at the corner of Lynn and Ray Rd. The area is nestled in the woods and is very well lit. It's a corner apartment on the second floor (top) with large windows in the bedroom and large sliding doors that open to a patio. There isn’t an apartment above mine so you wouldn’t have to worry about noise coming through the ceiling. My complex will have to approve whomever takes over the lease, so you'd have to put in an application and if you end up taking over my lease. We will pay for your application fee (This process takes only 15-30 min). We would like to have someone move in by January. The lease ends on May 13th, 2010. It's pet friendly which requires your normal pet deposit. You'd be doing us a HUGE favor if you took over the lease, and if it seems ideal but the price is a little off, we would truly be willing to negotiate.
