Yeh, it's older, but I read a great review and had to check this out for myself.

After watching...as a story it puts to shame about 99.9% of the american bs that has come out in the past 10 years. This is a great movie with a lot of cool meanings.

added bonus = Ludivine Sagnier = 10/10

ehh, saw it when it was released and wasn't nearly as impressed as the OP. I mean, it was interesting and good. But 99.9% of american films over the past 10yrs? That's a bold claim. Or do you literally mean the american "bs?" If that's the case, well it's kinda silly to even make that comparison.

no i agree, probably not a great example since it's just an above average "mystery" flick
but even so I would say it's better than 70% of American flicks probably
