We are looking for a roommate to move in our 3 bedroom house in January. Our third roommate is moving out on short notice and we would like to have someone in by January 1, 2010. The rent is only $230 a month. We aren't requesting a security deposit. You can move in as early as tomorrow. It has hard wood floors in every room except the bathroom and kitchen. The house also includes brand new washer and dryer. The landlord pays for the water so the only utility bills are electricity, internet & cable. The ideal roommate is one who is mature and capable of paying their rent on time. Either male or female will do, prefer a NCSU student.
