Where is the best place to get some studded tires?

The only thing is I need them on the car this Weds. That place does have some good prices tho...

vulcan is a good company. I got a set of RT-615s from them right after they came out and even with normal ground shipping they came in like 3-4 days and were cheaper than everywhere else I saw that didn't have them in stock.

wtf do you need studded tires for, you doing some ice racing? just get a decent set of snow tires. have them siped some more if need be.

If it were really hairy, could you take 1" screws (shortest possible that gives you some studs sticking out) through some cheap used tires and run tubes? Keeping it really slow though.

that tube would pop with the quickness from the screw heads. it would also tear out/push in the screws pretty quick in a normal tire. tires that accept studs are specially designed for that purpose.

Well we were going to buy a new outback but They would only give us 900 bucks for her Mazda so I said fuck that we will keep and ill drive the fucker. But it deff needs studded tires for MT. There is no snow tire that will work there with out studs or chains... I drove that fucker thru PA today thru a blizzard (11 inchs in 4 hrs) and it needs studded tires.
