Anyone seen this game or still play? A friend linked me to it a couple of months ago and it's not bad for a free MMO. There is an old thread here from 2005 but it looks like a lot has changed since then. According to what I can tell they went from one extreme to the other with leveling. I read that it used to be a grind fest, but when I started playing it took no time at all to get to max level.

They have just added the 4th planet with the update they did over christmas and brought leveling back toward the center. It's not on speed anymore, but is not a grind fest like when the game started. They also encouraged teamwork/group play by stacking party experience instead of sharing it.

Just thought I would see if there were any other players with all the new stuff that has been added/changed recently.

I never played it, but I used to play Ragnarok Online. I remember seeing this when it came out, and it almost looked like a 3D version of RO. How big is the download?

I remember it took maybe an hour or 2 on 6mb cable.
I just left it on while i went to run some errands

I played it for a while waaay back in the day. It was pretty good for free. Another ok freebie was Dofus which was flash based so I could play it at work without installing a game client at my old job.
