can you really say DN:F was a "cancelled" game tho? it was all speculation it would be created but development never even started on it if memory serves me correctly.

Mother 3 was actually NOT cancelled. It came out in Japan 4 years ago. You can play it by downloading the ROM and a translation patch. It is one of the best RPGs I have ever played.

negative, in fact this month's wired has like a 5 page article on how development was restarted every 2 years because they would scrap the engine and start from scratch every time a new technology came out that the guy wanted to include so really it was literally in development for something like 12 years

As people have already said, Wind Waker was awesome.

The only real problem I had with it was too much sailing. The controls, graphics and dungeon designs were all great.
