Ill watch the replay but it looked like at least a full second after his follow through was finished

if a player on any other position on the field got his face mask touched a full second after he was out of the play I really doubt it would be called

^^^^You obviously don't watch a lot of football.

A player can catch a pass and be running free to the end zone and there can be a holding penalty
30yds behind him that has no affect on the outcome of the play and it will be called back.

It also doesn't matter when a facemask occurs, it is going to be called. It's more for a safety reason for the players.[quote]
