I wonder how much they had to pay each of those celebrities
and i wonder what percentage of the total budget was allotted to paying them

being that it has taylor lautner in it my SO will probably want to see this.

I'll watch it if I can close my eyes and mute it for all scenes that don't contain jessica biel.

I don't know what is worse... this, or "Leap Year"

Either way my girlfriend freaked the fuck out when the commercial for this load of sewage came on.

Love Actually II: The Search for Spock

I can't decide what I would do if forced to choose between fucking Anne Hathaway and punching her in the face.

A guy not realizing that he's in love with a girl until she leaves and then rushing to meet her before she gets on a train/plane/panzer?

geez you guys make me feel like i have to justify myself and protect my husband's integrity at the same time...I saw this w/ my mom.

it could be an action flick, drama, indie, or romantic comedy--that's just how it is for us...he simply doesn't like going to the movies.

which works great for me cause I can see whatever I want. If he wants to come, great...if not, that's cool too.

[Edited on February 18, 2010 at 7:22 PM. Reason : straight up comedy--he'll see. that's about it.]

actually something very similar to that happened. not exactly the same reason, but there was definitely a last minute intercept in the airport

there's nothing wrong with liking cheesy romantic comedies

hell, i watch(ed) star trek, hercules, xena, and a plethora of other geek/b-shows that a lot of people would sneer about

what makes a person awesome is that they don't REQUIRE that their significant other watch with them

I, too, had to see this

wasn't the worst possible way to spend 2 hours but that's about as complimentary as I can be

i just watched this movie, and i guess i'm in the minority here - i thought it was great but i didn't have any sort of crazy expectations: a cheesy romantic comedy with a lot of big name actors (plus Taylor Swift, who should stick to singing). yeah, that's about all i expected, so i was pleasantly surprised.

i laughed, i [briefly] cried, but the only "LOL moment" came during the credits.

Julia Roberts is in the limo.
The driver says, "On your left, you'll see Rodeo Drive. Have you ever shopped there?"
Julia says, "Yes, I did once. Big mistake. Big. Huge."
