I posted before, though I decided to rent out all of the bedrooms for cheaper rent per person!
Im a 23yr old female with 2 medium sized friendly dogs and a cat. I'm renting out all of the bedrooms in this awesome, spacious 1,700sqft 3bedroom split-level house in downtown Cary. My room will be in the basement, and you'll rarely see me. Rent would be $325 per bedroom including all utilities (electric, cable, gas, internet, trash and recycling pick-up, water and yard maintenance). If you're interested in renting 2 of the 3 bedrooms for yourself (computer room, office, storage, etc), then you'd pay $500/total. The bedrooms are fairly large, with 1-2 windows in each, a nice sized closet and hardwood floors. The house has hardwood floors throughout. On the top floor are the 3 bedrooms and full bath. The main level has a living room, dining room, and spacious kitchen. Attached to the dining room is a back patio that goes to the large fenced in backyard and a walk-way to the off street parking on the side of the house. The basement is where I'll be living. I'm looking to rent to people younger than 30. No couples, no drugs, no indoor smoking, no kids or additional pets, sorry. I'll be moving in Feb. 1st, so looking for roommates to move in the same time. One month security to hold the room and one month rent due on the 1st.

no additional pets? so you can have pets in the house but other tenants can't? that's BS. 1/23/2010 7:00:00 PM |

i had to pay the pet deposit and i'm going to be paying an extra couple hundred dollars more a month than anyone else that would be living here, not to mention im the only one on the lease, so i dont think its a bad deal..... 1/23/2010 7:05:38 PM |

*caged rodents/reptiles dont count as additional pets, so you can bring them along if their cage(s) stay in your room. 1/24/2010 4:44:59 PM |
