^^I don't agree that they're that bad this year....look at how they were playing earlier in the year. If they can get healthy they'll probably still end this year ranked.

This argument is pointless anyway. The student are gonna do what they're gonna do...and we have to beat them before any of it matters.

I hate UNC as much as anyone and if this was a game where we were both ranked top 10 and this decided the ACC or something then I could justify rushing the court when we were both similarly ranked, but right now I wouldn't rush the floor either. If it comes off of some crazy comeback or last second shot then maybe, but not under any normal circumstances for a win.

Also anyone know any good jeers we could chant at Roy that could catch on?

If this game is looking like a win at all as the end of the game nears I'll be telling people in the student section not to rush the court. It isn't that we haven't been 'there' before, we just haven't in a REALLY looooong time. I hope at least some of the student section knows about the history of the program and knows that not rushing against a mediocre, unranked Carolina team will hurt the Hole fans more than anything.

Both Strickland and Drew aren't good. In fact Drew is down right awful. That being said we aren't going to win any game playing like tonight. Establish Smith earlier and let the game play to Wood. Wouldn't hurt if Horner had one of his streak games either.

they aren't good but they are quick and we have trouble staying in front of quick guards. if you give up penetration you can't win. all the teams we lost to had really really fast guards and the teams we beat didn't.

we are 7-36 against duke and unc in the last 43 contests over the past 10 years with them in basketball.

i would expect a rush or 2 until we start beating them a bit more. that being said: i won't be rushing with my row 4 ticket.
