So I was talking to someone late last semester about a set of notes that some grad student took years ago, taken while he was in some of the 200-level ECE classes. This guy basically said that the notes were incredible, and they could teach the class for you. He also said that a lot of people who have taken the course have them. They were on PDF format, does anyone have a copy of these notes? Or have any clue what I'm talking about?
