helping a buddy out with his wedding by organizing all the music. they want my input even on processional music. they're two unique people so they don't want traditional music, but they don't want to weird out the old people. basically pleasing music to all, without going with the standards. trying to get more ideas to play for them. input?

...and go.

Older people love shag/beach music

So start with that type of music, and slowly transition into more of the club type music later for all the young people that are still there

[b]GET A DJ/b]

really, they will help tremendously with every bit of this.

its a wedding, spend the extra money and do it right for once. takes so much headache off the wedding party.

^^ yeah...that's what they don't want for two huge reasons. they priced out dj's and they were charging them ridiculous amounts and would not have the selection of music this couple is looking for. this is not a burden on me at all. i've done it for several events including wedding receptions and actually kind of enjoy it. i was merely looking for input which so far i'm getting good stuff. that POD entrance thing had me laughing
