I'm specifically trying to find users of Rational Team Concert products - Team Concert, Requirements Composer, Project Conductor, etc. Ideas, leads, suggestions, referrals appreciated.

We are looking to get feedback from these folks about their experiences and how they use RTC/RRC/RPJ etc. There's a couple hundred bucks in it for anyone who wants to participate (must be a current RTC user, unfortunately can't be an IBM employee)

Yeah, I came to that same conclusion. That, and based on the type of data you are probably looking for (usability studies?), I don't think at IBM could give data like that to a direct competitor without being fired.

Honestly, I'd advise hooking up with your market intelligence group. They usually already have access to the right channels to acquire this information.

One thing I'd mention is...did know their development process is open (no code though)? You would need to register an account at jazz.net. From there by default you can see their current plans/dashboards, open/search defects, and have access to their active phpbb board around those tools.
