anyone have any hot ideas for getting a non PATS ignition key cut for a 97 f150 without having a locksmith come for $texas? ford doesn't cut for anything more than 10 years old. the cylinder doesn't release/slide out unless you have the key. btw, yes i am trying to steal this thing. 3/10/2010 7:26:40 PM |

You might want to try giving Marshall's a call. Though last time I checked, they charged 60 bucks to do a VIN search for the key code. If you can pull a lock cylinder, they can cut a code key for cheap. 3/11/2010 7:43:05 AM |

Try a different ford dealer... They should have the code.
Otherwise drill it.. But be careful you can easily fubar your column 3/11/2010 10:55:34 AM |
