Battery replaced during Summer 2008

400-watt 4-channel amp running 2 6x9s & 8" sub; grounded to chassis; remote power connected to power dependent fuse

Battery Testing Results from today (3/16/10):
543 CCA (rating = 600 CCA)
Alternator putting out 14V

Occasionally I get:
Battery message in the DIC
Weak cranking
Radio doesn't work properly (clock is on, but no buttons work; no sound)
Radio lights dim & brighten for a few seconds; volume also fluctuates a little

Happens regardless of sitting and/or running time (it's sat an entire weekend with no problems; however after driving to work in the morning then leaving for lunch it has had issues)

I plan on disconnecting the amp to test that theory; however, the problem is sporadic and I have no clue how long it might take to test it.

Also, the lights (headlights & interior) dim quite a bit when using the windows; driver side window won't always respond to window switch use (I don't hear anything either)

I just don't wanna go bm.

and the non-functioning window is annoying and could become a huge problem

everything but the window sounds like a voltage regulator on the alt.
