So my netbook stopped working (doing the same thing my computer was doing) put the cable back in the computer, and now it's working again.

I'll try a router, been meaning to get one.

As far as calling? The customer service people suck, even if you speak Italian to them, they only provide internet for this base because they were forced to even though they charge us 40 euro a month for shitty internet.
