Have a 2003 Tahoe with an Instrument panel that's on its last legs (erratic speedometer, faulty messages, etc.). There was a recall on it but I'm past the mileage limit. Anyone know of any shops in the area that specialize in this? There are a couple of out of town repair-by-mail that I know of but would prefer something local.

what's the recall say is the problem? prolly cheaper just to replace the cluster

The cluster is well over $500.

Do some research online. There is a place that sells a stepper motor for the speedo...its like $10. All you have to do is solder it in.
