anyone that's really enthusiastic about getting certain items should get there early. last year the exclusive stuff went pretty quickly

Pizza party? Sweet.

I for one probably won't be grabbing any exclusives except perhaps the Cage the Elephant live CD if you've got it there.
Mostly I've just got a backlog of music I've been meaning to buy and this is a fairly opportune time.

As far as the exclusives, like Tschudi said, get here early. Many of them (like last year) will be gone in the first 5 minutes. If you're looking for the Hold Steady record, there will be exactly one lucky Hold Steady fan tomorrow morning. Ric and I are preparing the store for tomorrow morning right now.

Got everything I wanted (and probably doubles of the Merge 7" due to a friend) by running in right at opening.

Beastie Boys mystery 12" is odd. One side is mostly turntable tricks, the other is an original jam based on samples of "Da Funk" by Daft Punk.

Too tired to listen to anything else right now.
