2nd gen ipod touch. Comes with several apps on it (some I paid for) and something ridiculous like 1500 songs on it. rubber skin covers the back, comes with box and headphones.

^^^ not to be mean but thats not a large amount of music, plus music coming with something like that usually means very little to someone because they either A) share similar tastes and already have the music you are trying to add in to the cost or B) do not share similar tastes and the music is worthless.

On ebay, 2nd gen 32gb touch's start not-selling somewhere before the $250 price-point. Along with that, Apple sells refurbished (ie with warranty) 3rd gen 32gb touch's for $259 and 2nd gen for less than that.

You won't be able to convince someone to buy a 2nd gen without a warranty for $300. $250 max if they don't care about not having a warranty.
