I'd generally think it is 21-25 for females and 25-30 for males. This is just in general, speed and athleticism. Not including things like experience, strength and other things that determine professional athlete prime. What do you think?

I've heard numbers as low as 16-18 for women and 18-21 for men.

for golf i'd say physically it's in the 25 to 32 range...but mentally golfer's prime is probably after 30 years old.

For NASCAR, I'd say 25-60 and somewhere in the 5'8" - 5'10" range and the 250-300 pound range
