google webmaster tools tells me that average load times have risen about 75 ms over the last 2 months

gonna run some db scripts tonight which should fix it (though the occasional timeouts will continue until i can replace some of the crazier crazyweb pieces)

this site is fast as hell, only exception exception is on posting sometimes, but even then it's not horrible. if it bothers you that much keep another TWW tab open.

like i've said before, every 2-3 months tww's database piles up some cruft and i have to do some manual operations to clean it up a bit. i prefer to do this at the beginning of the month, so give it another week or so.

Only speed problem I've ever had with the site is that it's sometimes really slow to post my reply. otherwise it's incredibly fast. When my internet isn't working right and it's super slow and can't load anything else at a decent rate for whatever reason, TWW still flies along.
