I'm headed out there Sunday.

Too bad Tiger is 4 over through 10 today. I might not get to see him play

cheer for Garth Mulroy! He played at State and is -4.

Plus Pettersson is sucking it up.

I'm going to pull for DLIII this afternoon. It'd be nice to see a hometown player take the championship.

Anyone else see that 18 year old Ryo Ishakawa shot 58 to win on the Japanese Tour earlier today?

Rory McIlroy just drained a 50-60 footer on 18 to break the course record by 2

62 (shot a 30 coming back in)

insane eruption from the crowd

I will NEVER cheer on any guy that is a tarhole. EVER! Let me just say as a guy the scenery yesterday was breathtalking and not the golf.

Dude, that was awesome. I was right off the fairway on 15 when he crushed his second within 5 feet. He was so pumped and tossed his club to his caddy. David Feherty put on a big smile and put out his arms to rory with a smile showing him that he was yay close.

I also told feherty "congrats on the citizenship", where he turned to me with a little smile and said "thank you". Pretty cool just to be around all the excitement.

You couldn't take more than 10 steps around the course at the end of the day without "62" being mentioned. It was quite an incredible round. The kid couldn't miss.
