People's Court is the top show on today. It was Cristina's Court, but that's been cancelled.

Judge Judy is terrible because they intentionally get people on there who are just dumb.
Judge Joe Brown sucks because he's made up his mind about your case before you ever talk. However if a pitbull ever attacks your dog, you want to go on there, because he hates pitbulls.

Pirro isn't bad -- seems to have random theme episodes and oh boy, if you're a woman and you say your man abused you, you've already won.

Judge Mathis is the best. I sat in the audience for a show last year and it was justice at is finest.

^yea I saw that, she makes at least 20+ a year, I guess if you are pretty much an entire tv show that is popular thats what you get

also I just watched joe brown for the first time, totally different atmosphere from judy, joe looked like he was practically preaching to the crowd, judy would scream if the crowd actually started cheering at something

plus the court officer was some woman in a skirt, I'm not sure that's going to cut it if shit ever gets out of hand

^^ the court officer standard is "opposite gender; opposite race (sort of)". Black male judges generally have female white baliffs (Joe Brown), white/Hispanic female judges have black male baliffs (Judy, Cristina's Court, Pirro). Divorce Court is a black female judge with a white male baliff.

Meanwhile the gay white judge (David Young) had a black female baliff. I don't remember if Judge Judy's husband and/or Mills Lane fit the stereotype.
