-Does anyone else have this printer?
-I have replaced both the color and black ink cartridge but it still will not print black effectively, ie: the last set of bars on the test page is never printed. I have also done a nozzle adjustments and series of print head cleanings but nothing seems to help. Can some one give me an idea as to how to fix this?

a 1.5 star customer rating, ouch.

Not much help but our HP multifunction devices seem to be really reliable here at work. Lost the fax part of one a little over a year ago during a thunder storm which also took out some other equipment, but that's it.

I've got a kodak printer at home... it sucks. I got it free, but if I'd known what a steaming pile of shit it was, I never would have thrown out my old (slightly less shitty) printer. I about flipped when it wouldn't let me scan a document to my computer because it was out of ink

Anyways.. mine never prints right either, and runs out of ink after 10-15 pages.

Best I can suggest is to go through the calibration stuff in the settings and then throw it out
