From May through July 31st.
4 bed, 4 bath. It's in University Commons on Gorman and on the Wolfline.
Only one of the other bedrooms is occupied now. Current occupant (me!) is laid back, clean, quiet, and goes to bed early during the week. I'd like to live with someone who's courteous, keeps the common areas clean, and won't keep me up late as I have to get up before 7 most mornings.
Water/trash is included in your rent. Electric and cable bills are not. Electric usually runs 20-40 per person per month, cable will be 20-40 per person per month depending on the number of occupants.
