I'm looking to get a tire-carrying rear rack fabricated for my Genuine Stella. The rack I currently have looks like this:

(not my bike)

What I would like to have it look like an old Lambretta:

Either a purpose built rack, or a small top rack I can simply bolt and clamp down around the tire on to the existing rack. Maybe even repurpose a rack meant for something else.

cheap/simple to make, not so cheap to chrome. you could probably roll some round stock around a piece of pipe or even a cheap harbor freight kinker and get the desired results, have someone notch/weld it.
