Seriously. Our Jurassic-era server at work appears to have a bad stick of ram (the ram itself has been running in there for at least eight years), more or less 24 hours a day. The only place that I can possibly think of that might cary RAM that old is TigerDirect. If that fails, I'm going to the thrift store and hoping for the best.

I can order it from a million places, but it's too late to get anything here before Monday. Ideally I need this up and running by noon tomorrow. Any ideas?

Warp Computers on Capital might have some. They definitely have some old stuff there...

craigslist is your friend for find old hardware. I got some stuff a little while back from a guy that had a whole garage full of old hardware. Call him up in the morning, He is a good guy to deal with.

What size sticks do you need? Think I've got a 512, as well as some smaller sizes.

I used to have quite a few 1GB PC133 ECC Dimms. I'll poke around tonight and see if I can find any.

Thanks for all the suggestions/help. I actually got some from Tiger Direct on Capital and it's up and running again.
