What does the law do?

The flag is just a piece of fabric. The only thing about the flag that matters is what it represents - more specifically, the principles upon which the republic was founded. When you shit on free speech to stand up for what amounts to nothing more than some fibers stitched together, you go against what this country was supposed to be about.

Something about allowing flag burning ceremonies for Boy and Girl Scouts, as though they aren't already allowed.
And the reason we need a special law for this is??.....

in NC it is a class 2 misdemeanor already
