you're a bunch of tards. you can use those 10% lowes coupon on giftcards, so "essentially", NO this person isn't offering a 10% off coupon, theyre offering the giftcard at 90% of the face value, and you can go to the post office to get a 10% to use WITH the gift card.

It's still basically a coupon, but one that reads:
"10% off purchases of $100 or more. May be combined with other offers."
