not the best team (Tyson Chandler?) but it will be fun to watch some of those young players like Curry and Westbrook

We have three tough scrimmages, which is good for this young team. We should rout the group though.

pretty good team really, we don't have a ton of outside shooting which could hurt and we've got some curious swingmen.

If I were Coach K I'd lock Jeff Green in a cell and throw away the key, he's not one of the top 100 US born players in the NBA.

Greece could give us a challenge with our thin frontcourt, especially if Stephen Curry isn't healthy to loosen up the packed defense.

Final roster of 12 is set:

They've looked pretty good so far in the exhibitions, although they had a close game in the one against Spain (we only won by 1 point). They've struggled with low post scoring but their defense has been solid, which is leading to a lot of steals/fast breaks. Derrick Rose will be the starting PG on the 2012 Olympic team (yes...over Paul and D Williams). I just hope Durant can find his stroke because we will definitely need his scoring to win it all.

First real game is tomorrow at noon on ESPN Classic

kevin love just threw the sickest outlet pass i've ever seen, around the 4:30 mark in the 4th.

So WNBA bumped the FIBA Championships from ESPN2?

Also I can't bring myself to believe the listed weights on that roster. Derrick Rose only 5 lbs heavier than Stephen Curry? Really?

Canada lost to Lebanon on Saturday. I didn't realize the Canadians were that bad at basketball.

USA vs Iran is quite intriguing. Maybe coach k will tell the refs, Iran is secretly developing dunks.

Is this an appropriate time to mention when I started the durant over oden thread people were 90pct against me?

He absolutely wiped the floor with this tournament, if the lakers frontcourt wasn't so dominant the thunder would have a chance to win the west next year.

^or a guy named kobe

Its crazy to think how high the stakes were. If we lost today, we probably would've missed the 2012 olympics because the lockout will keep us from using nba players during the american championship.
