Rumor has it there will be either new rules to the immunity idols or they will be much much tougher to find after the way Russell played the last two seasons. I wish they would do away with them all together.

Jimmy Johnson is an interesting addition...he's been wanting to do this for years. I think they needed it for attention since they can't match how good last season was (excluding the last episode IMO).

If anyone posts anything relating to the actual winner or a list of who gets voted off when before it airs, I will kill you. ( mambagrl )

If I were Brenda, I would not have worried about messing up my alliance with NaOnka even is she has the idol. She's so volatile that there's no way she'll win this and right now not many people respect her. The idol isn't going to give her much of any power, it'll just keep her along a little longer.

I am curious to see the reunion show. Obviously they will show clips of Naonka talking all that shit. I wonder if she'll play it off like "Oh I really didn't mean what I said" or if she'll actually stick to her guns.

This reminds me of a couple of past survivor seasons where there is one player I absolutely hate. Naonka is obviously that person.... the way she acts, she doesn't even deserve to be breathing oxygen, much less being a teacher in a school or competing on a game show for a million dollars. I get so frustrated watching the show that I don't enjoy it because I want that player to get voted off so bad. Inevitably, they either do get voted off, or they make it to the end and lose because everybody knows they will beat her against the jury.

I do find it interesting also that they are realigning so soon. I think the old versus the young was a gimmick that the show was ready to pull the plug on the instant it started to go downhill. I really think if the old people were winning or if it was 2-2, the tribes would stay the same. When Jimmy T, the second strongest player on the team (behind Tyrone) got voted out, that was the last straw. I also think the producers probably didn't expect Jimmy Johnson to get voted out to early. That was just dumb. He's a great motivator and a hard worker, plus he was 100% right when he said nobody was going to give him a million dollars. Plus that shit with him being the weakest at challenges was BS. An old Jimmy Johnson is better than most females on the tribe, and probably better than Dan and his gimpy leg.

Naonka was talking like she found the idol on her own, gave Brenda no credit when that dumb bitch had no chance of figuring out the clues.

Even Chase, the airhead that he is, figured it out right away. I guess that UNC spirit willed him to figure it out.

I think the show should have kept Jimmy Johnson around to do the play-by-play during challenges, would have been better than Jeff stating the obvious over and over and over again. Instead, imagine slow-mo replays and Jimmy drawing circles and arrows across the screen.

This old vs young thing definitely backfired on the producers, and I'm not sure if I like the medallion of power or not. The realignment is necessary.

I really don't like the medallion of power at all. I'm pretty sure the producers just assumed that it would be used every week and would all buy ensure that the old people would stay even with the young tribe. The young tribe is stupid for ever using it. All it does is assure a win this week and a loss the following week. If they were smart they would have held onto it and beat the old fogies straight up. It's not like any challenge has been remotely close (despite what the old farts were trying to tell themselves last week)

a few reactions from this week:

1) the reward challenge was like plinko lol

2) Naonka doesn't know the meaning of the word ironic

3) Naonka is willing to tackle a cripple but the rain makes her cry? What a fucked up bitch.

4) Tyrone was doing so well before this merge, what the hell happened to him? Jimmy T, Jimmy J, and Marty were all gone so he felt like he had to be that voice?

5) Jeff: "What is so difficult about getting divorced?" lol

6) That in no way was a blind side. Sure, Tyrone probably thought he would stay in over Naonka, but he knew he was in trouble and didn't look shocked to leave. Shut up, Probst.

7) I think they were hoping to spice it up by creating a double-merge feel, as if the ones who switched teams would still stick together, but that is not the case at all.

Yeah I agree, this season kind of sucks so far. I think part of it comes down to there is no hero that most people are rooting for.... Rupert, Yao-Man, etc. It seems like each season there is one, but these guys all seem kind of blah. Don't get me wrong, Naonka is a crazy bitch, so she is fun to hate. I kind of like Benry I guess. I don't know if it's because he really is a nice guy, or because they haven't really focused on him much. And as I said before, Jane is one cool old lady.

I disagree about Naonka...not about the crazy bitch part, of course she is...but she isn't fun to watch. She barely plays the game and then cries about it. She would never be able to hold her own against the villains from last season.

I kind of like Sash, and I'm starting to like Brenda more now that she's playing with her head and not flirting to get ahead. I sometimes like Marty, but he can be a bitch sometimes too.

The younger players are pissing me off. They are still more concerned with voting out competitors now than winning challenges. Do they not realize they still have to survive about 5 more votes before merging?

Dan has no business still being in this game. Absolutely rediculous.

And I'm surprised Marty didn't see what was happening sooner and recruit Kelly B. She was on the outs the whole game and she would have done wonders for his numbers. They could have had Brenda out tonight if Marty, Jill, Fabio, and Kelly B had gotten on the same page.

Marty and Brenda are turning into another Russell vs. Boston Rob, which is making it more intriguing, but I'm still not enjoying this season as much overall.

Yeah any of the players I even kind of like are getting voted off. The only people left that I can even tolerate are Marty, Jane, Benry, Chase, and Fabio.

And I agree, Marty really wasn't playing with his head last night. You REALLY have to go in with the mentality of "What would I do if I were the other alliance?" and he did not do that. Parvati was one of the best, if not the absolute best at doing that. I am still pissed that she lost to that bitch Sandra last year.

Jane screwed herself. Since there were only 2 votes for Brenda, Marty should have it figured out that Jane didn't vote the way he told her to and that she's in with the younger members. Then she was the only one who voted for Marty the second time, so she's obviously not on the same wavelength with the younger ones anyway.

Its just so interesting how the older members consistently voted out the "leaders" (not that Jimmy T was one, he just wanted to be), but the younger tribe members vote out who would be most threatening in the end game.
