Series Premier was last night. Anyone catch it?

I thought it was very entertaining and fresh. I'm hoping they keep the pace they started with.

i too enjoyed it. It was fun and looks to be a good hour of entertaining escapist tv that doesn't require too much thought to follow along.


the only thing that bothered me was the "over the phone swearing in". other than that, i'm down.

Nothing about this show is "fresh" but it was a mindlessly entertaining hour TV, plus Grace Park is hot. Also the lead actor is super fucking vanilla.

third time looks to be a charm for him and CBS though. Moonlighting missed out on the vampire craze by about a year and a half and Three Rivers just sucked. but a standard CBS crime show...liquid gold.

I have to say I did enjoy the show alot. Athena is a lil skinny, but that is the trend - But like what has been said, its mindless and enjoyable fun. I like Caan's character.

is the sound messed up on this show? It seems like the sound is imbalanced. anytime they have music playing while the characters are talking, i hear the music way more than the words. i have to struggle to understand what they are saying. it isn't like this for any other show (even other shows on CBS)

noticed this too. I don't watch too many CBS dramas anymore, but of the ones I do H50 has much more of a soundtrack, so yeah...they just need to up the dialog volume a bit and back down the soundtrack.

agreed. last night stepped up the CBS cheese ball factor quite a bit. I'm still going to watch, they can't all be winners but last night was far from good.

I don't think it is a bad show. I mean, it is entertaining, funny at times, got some good action sometimes, and hot chicks in bikinis... I'm not expecting to have my brain worked while I watch it, but I don't need that for a show to be good in my opinion (Half the episodes, I have figured out whodunit in the first 5-10 minutes).
