^^heatstroke is caused by a combination of heat, dehydration, and physical exertion. These prisoners are only being subjected to one of the three. If heat alone was enough to cause heat stroke, our ancestors wouldn't have colonized the middle east for thousands of years before deciding to go elsewhere.
