In '08 they went 1-2 against the ACC, losing to Duke and Wake. They slipped by BC in their bowl game, 16-14.

you never said the acc sucks. you just implied that perhaps a TERRIBLE team from the SEC could probably win our entire conference. Not saying the ACC is bad or anything though
