Just paid a car off this summer. Got the title in the mail and noticed the Registered Owner has an old address in PA. Does this matter? Do I need to bother calling up the previous title holder (financing company) and/or the state of PA to get it changed? Is that gonna cost me anything?

As long as the name is right I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep the title in a safe place and transfer it to the new owner whenever you sell the car.
