I picture a silhouette of Nate with the Predator mask on holding a unc helmet (with a skull in it and a spine extending down).

Either that or something like the 3 wolf moon shirt, except the 3 wolves are 3 different nate faces

unfortunately it was a few weeks ago, it was after a few beers and I saw it from afar so the details are escaping me. BUT that description actually sounds amazing. it could be even better - any artists want to hop on this? I can finance the production of a handful and we can come up with a profit sharing agreement.

Also, I'd probably pay for a shirt with either of those designs. The silhouette thing might be a little tricky to make work in a way that nate is recognizable (except for obviously including the belly shirt).

The one with him and the clemson player would be a perfect fit for the helmet with skull & spine image...I haven't ever dicked around with photoshop, so I'm not sure how hard that would be.

The first of the 3 pictures would probably be a classic three wolves howling at the moon one.

i wouldn't call marvin austin a predator. too fat, wrong body type.

so maybe any good linebacker with locks. i don't think they'd have to necessarily be black.

RAWR RAWR RAWR...perhaps you need to engage in a little more critical reading. The whole point was to slap the predator mask on his face under the helmet. He can't complain about his image being appropriated if it's just the mask + his dreads + a belly shirt + the number he happens to wear.

Also, who's to say he wouldn't be completely on board with the idea if someone did a good job of it and just asked him for permission?

one thing i've learned in my time on earth is that the "beg permission, ask forgiveness" mantra is almost always applicable. If the shirt becomes a best seller and I have to forfeit all profits to nasty nate i'm perfectly ok with that - as long as I get one adult XL shirt out of the deal, i'm happy.
